A staff member of the Afghan embassy in India said they had tea and snacks, but didn't feel like serving it to the Taliban delegation led by Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi, who addressed media on Friday. The Afghan embassy uses the old flag but the Taliban delegation removed it and put it on the table during the press meet.
