Brazilian President Luiz Lula da Silva, in an interview, said ex-US President Joe Biden wanted Russia to be destroyed when he talked to him. Silva stated Russia is not solely responsible for the conflict with Ukraine and "Western countries also bear part of the responsibility". US has given over $65 billion support to Ukraine since Russia invaded it in 2022.
