HAL, IN-SPACe, NSIL, and ISRO have signed a technology transfer agreement for the Small Satellite Launch Vehicle (SSLV). HAL will absorb the technology over two years and mass-produce SSLVs for the next decade. The initiative will boost indigenous satellite launches, support MSMEs and startups, and position HAL as a key player in the global small satellite market.
