Pakistan's Defence Minister Khawaja Asif accused the country's bureaucrats of corruption and international money laundering. Asif alleged that over half of Pakistan's bureaucratic elite have purchased property in Portugal using black money, with many preparing to get citizenship in the European nation. "Politicians only get what is left over by them and still get blamed for everything," he added.
