A six-page memo found in Gaza allegedly written by former Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar details the group's plans to target civilians and soldiers in October 7 attack, reports said. The memo also contains orders to broadcast the attack to evoke fear in Israelis as well as to "inspire extremists". Israel called the attack "scripted campaign for destruction" of their nation.
