Hamas has rejected reports quoting US' Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff saying "Hamas expressed willingness to disarm" during ceasefire negotiations with Israel. The militant group said it wouldn't disarm unless an independent Palestinian state is established with Jerusalem as its capital.
