Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur was felicitated at Velammal Nexus School in Chennai on Thursday, November 13. Kaur recently led the Indian Women’s Cricket team to their first-ever ICC title as they won the Women’s ODI World Cup at home. The Women in Blue defeated South Africa Women by 52 runs in the final in Navi Mumbai on November 2.
