Reacting to criticism over flooded Gurugram amid rain, Haryana CM Nayab Saini cited the recent floods in US' California and said one cannot do anything against nature. "Look at America, a country that calls itself powerful, even its city, California, gets flooded due to heavy rain," Saini said. "If there is heavy rain, it's going to cause damage," he added.
