Following the transfer of Rohtak SP Narendra Bijarniya, INLD national president Abhay Singh Chautala said that Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini should send Haryana DGP on leave with immediate effect to facilitate an impartial inquiry into the suicide of senior IPS officer Y Puran Kumar.
