Gangster Mainpal Dhilla, Haryana's most-wanted criminal, was extradited from Cambodia to India in a joint operation by the CBI and state police, the Union government said. Dhilla, aka Mainpal Badli, has several serious cases, including murder, against him and was serving a life term. He was released on parole in 2018, after which he escaped abroad on a fake identity.
