In Haryana's Kaithal district, a woman allegedly killed her newborn, born from an extramarital affair, while her husband was working abroad. She reportedly suffocated the baby and hid the body in a cattle shed. The case was reported by her mother-in-law. Police have registered a case of murder and are awaiting DNA results and further investigation.
