Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday claimed that Election Commission officials were "caught red-handed stealing votes in the name of Special Intensive Revision (SIR)" of electoral votes in Bihar. "Is EC still...'Election Commission' or has it completely become BJP's 'Election Theft' branch?" he questioned. SIR process began on June 25 and last date for submitting enumeration forms is July 25.
