Bangladesh Nationalist Party Vice-Chairperson Abdul Awal Mintoo commented on Bangladeshi government's efforts to extradite ex-PM Sheikh Hasina and said everyone has the right to a fair trial. "She [can] go to Indian court to defend herself [and challenge her extradition]," he said. Bangladesh has sent India a diplomatic note on her extradition, to which India said it had "no comment".
