A secret bank locker registered to ousted Bangladeshi PM Sheikh Hasina has been found at Dhaka's Pubali Bank's Motijheel branch. Along with the locker, the government also found two accounts belonging to Hasina at the same branch and seized assets worth 56 lakh taka (approximately ₹41 lakh). Authorities have launched an enquiry into allegations of tax evasion by Hasina.
