Ex-Bangladeshi PM Sheikh Hasina, who was ousted from Bangladesh on August 5, 2024, has written an open letter to Bangladeshis. Hasina, who sought shelter in India after anti-government protests, labelled interim leader Muhammad Yunus' government as "unelected" and "unconstitutional". "We must continue to stand...for economic opportunity...peace and...a nation where no one lives in fear," she said.
