Russia's Foreign Ministry said it has evidence that Ukraine has repeatedly used anti-personnel mines, which have injured civilians. Russia said Kyiv's exit from Ottawa Convention, which bans use and production of anti-personnel mines, would have no impact on the battlefield. Ukraine said that withdrawing from the convention was necessary in light of Russian tactics in their 40-month-old war.
