The SC expressed concern over the rising number of foreigners overstaying illegally in India, calling the country a "haven for all kinds of people". The remark came during hearings on separate pleas by two foreigners - an Israeli and a Sudanese. "Anybody comes and stays here endlessly," the court said, refusing to entertain the Israeli's petition, describing it as “frivolous".
