Hazoor Multi Projects Ltd (HMPL) allotted 42.12 lakh shares at ₹30 each, following conversion of warrants. This increased their paid-up capital to ₹22.92 crore. Additionally, HMPL secured ₹913 crore contract from Apollo Green Energy Ltd (AGEL) for 200 MW solar project in Gujarat, due by March 2026. AGEL will share 5% of the contract value, providing HMPL with fixed margin.
