The Karnataka High Court rejected the state’s plea to keep its status report on the Bengaluru stampede, which killed 11, in a sealed cover. The court said the case doesn’t involve national security, privacy, or public interest, where sealed cover can be adopted. It directed the status report to be made public and also be shared with RCB and others.
