Holding that state and its institutions cannot "exploit citizens nor take advantage of mass unemployment", the Punjab and Haryana High Court has ordered regularisation of contractual assistant professors serving for more than 12 years in constituent colleges of Panjab University. "They're fully qualified...are working...since 2012...without any protection of...any other court," the court stated.
