A section of ‘tainted’ teachers approached the Calcutta High Court after School Service Commission (SSC) published a list of ineligible candidates. They requested to be reinstated and to be allowed to sit for upcoming SSC exam. Calcutta High Court dismissed petition to reinstate teachers on Tuesday and stated, “Case is pending in the Supreme Court. Therefore, HC will not interfere.”
