The Punjab and Haryana High Court has ordered White Medical College, Mohali, to immediately return the original documents of MBBS students transferred to other institutes after National Medical Commission's intervention. The court held that colleges have no legal right to retain certificates over fee disputes and may recover dues only through proper legal channels.
