Delhi High Court protected Hrithik Roshan's personality rights, ordering removal of posts with unauthorised use of his name, image and likeness. However, Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora declined to order takedown of fan pages dedicated to the actor. He said, "We can't have fan clubs taken down...Mr Roshan will have to seek takedown of each fan club."
