Telangana High Court quashed criminal proceedings against two Ayurvedic and one Unani doctor who were accused by the Telangana Medical Council (TMC) of illegally practising allopathic medicine. The court noted that the council violated prescribed procedures by directly filing police complaints instead of following the statutory framework outlined in the Medical Council rules.
