Karnataka High Court upheld a Bengaluru family court's order that rejected the husband's divorce petition on grounds of cruelty. The court said, "It's evident that the [man] needed an obedient...maid rather than a wife. He appears to be expecting too much from his life partner." It added that the husband raised trivial issues that could've been resolved through mutual discussion.
