Calcutta High court ruled in favour of Anil Ambani-owned Reliance Infrastructure in Damodar Valley Corporation's (DVC) petition challenging ₹780-crore arbitration award concerning Raghunathpur Thermal Power Project. DVC had sought damages after the decade-old project was delayed due to disputes. An arbitration tribunal had, in 2019, ruled in favour of the company, after which DVC approached HC.
