Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) secured a ₹204 crore contract from Hindalco Industries Limited on October 10, 2025. The project, part of the Aditya Aluminium Smelter expansion in Odisha, aims to increase smelting capacity by 200,000 tonnes per annum. This contract strengthens HCC’s presence, building on its heritage of constructing 26% of India’s Hydro Power generation capacity.
