HCLTech is converting quarterly variable pay into fixed salary and rolling out wage hikes from October 2025. The company added 3,489 employees and onboarded 7,180 freshers in H1FY26. Q2 revenue rose 11% YoY to ₹31,942 crore, while net profit remained at ₹4,235 crore. Operating margin expanded to 17.5%, with FY26 growth guidance maintained at 3-5% YoY.
