HCLTech posted a 10.8 percent QoQ net profit drop to ₹3,843 crore in Q1 FY26, despite 3.7 percent YoY revenue growth. Services grew 4.5 percent YoY in constant currency. Strong deal wins, stable clients, and ₹27,343 crore net cash underline resilience. Attrition dropped to 12.8 percent, and 1,984 freshers were hired.
