HCLTech will onboard over 10,000 freshers in FY25 in the middle of a hiring slowdown. "The off-campus cycle we did in the last quarter, we have over 10% of the plan coming from that," Chief People Officer Ramachandran Sundararajan said. "From the campus cycle...we've already released the offers, which covers another 15% of that plan," he added.
