HDB Financial Services Limited, which made stock market debut on Wednesday, listed at a premium of nearly 13% over its IPO issue price of ₹740, opening at ₹835 on both NSE and BSE. Last week, the company's ₹12,500-crore IPO, which ranks fifth among India's largest IPOs, was subscribed 16.69 times. It has become eighth most valuable NBFC with ₹69,625.50-crore m-cap.
