HDB Financial Services, the non-banking financial company (NBFC) arm of HDFC Bank, is likely going to launch its ₹12,500-crore IPO by mid-July, reported Moneycontrol citing sources. It comprises ₹2,500 crore fresh issue and ₹10,000 crore offer for sale by parent HDFC Bank. The IPO would be the biggest of the year, surpassing the ₹8,750-crore offer of IT player Hexaware Technologies.
