Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have confirmed the killing of Hamas chief Mohammed Sinwar in a strike in Gaza on May 13. "We eliminated the Head of Hamas, again. He happens to be a Sinwar too," IDF wrote. Mohammad Sinwar was the younger brother of Yahya Sinwar, the militant group's deceased leader and mastermind of October 2023 attack on Israel.
