On being asked about his party colleague Rahul Gandhi supporting US President Donald Trump's "dead economy" remark for India, Congress leader Shashi Tharoor said Rahul has his reasons for saying so. Tharoor stated that relationship with US, as strategic and economic partnership, is important for India. Trump has imposed 25% tariff on Indian products and penalty for buying Russian oil.
