Twenty three-year-old Afan, who killed four of his family members and his girlfriend in Kerala, hit his 69-year-old uncle Latheef's head with a hammer 20 times, police said. Latheef's skull was shattered, police said, adding that his body was found on a chair in the drawing room. Latheef's 59-year-old wife Sajitha was also killed by Afan.
