Mamata Banerjee-led TMC on Friday, while condemning the law student gangrape incident, accepted that one of the accused was part of Trinamool student wing. "He is a rapist, he should face justice," TMC's student wing Trinankur Bhattacharya said. However, Bhattacharya added that the accused was a junior member and the TMC does not have an active unit in the college.
