US President Donald Trump called former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev "stupid" as he addressed US military leaders in Virginia. "We were a little bit threatened by Russia recently, and I sent a nuclear submarine...I announced that based on...a really stupid person who works for Putin and mentioned the word nuclear," Trump said.
