A woman has accused BJP MLA Munirathna Naidu of raping her in multiple locations including Vidhana Soudha, his government-issued car and a godown. In her complaint, she further claimed the MLA threatened her with severe consequences if she revealed the incidents. She stated that Munirathna raped her repeatedly between 2020 and 2023.
