After a video showing his son driving a car while being escorted by a police vehicle sparked criticism, Rajasthan Deputy CM Prem Chand Bairwa said "he's a kid". He said those seen in the video are his son's school friends and they own cars. "He went and sat in that car...He will not do such a thing again," he added.
