A migrant labourer from Nepal, named Vijay Singh, recalled his final phone conversation with his son who went missing after a cloudburst hit Harsil valley in Uttarakhand on Tuesday. "He said 'Papa...we won't survive...there's a...lot of...water in the drain," Singh stated. The labourer was among a group of 26 people who arrived for road and bridge constructions in the valley.
