Hearing on the Delhi riots' 2020 case will have to begin afresh after the judge who was hearing the case for the last 18 months has been transferred. Out of the 18 accused arrested in the case, 12 have been in jail for over four years now. Five accused include former JNU student leader Umar Khalid.
