Heavy rainfall on Monday caused a massive landslide on the new route to the Mata Vaishno Devi shrine in Jammu and Kashmir's Reasi district. Authorities have temporarily suspended battery car services on this route. They have redirected devotees to use the older path leading to the temple. Fortunately, the incident did not cause any injuries or casualties.
