The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued heavy rainfall warning for nine states/Union Territories for Saturday (September 20). According to the IMD's latest bulletin, heavy rainfall is very likely over Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Bihar, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura.
