The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a heavy to extremely heavy rainfall warning for eight states/Union Territories for September 28 (Sunday). According to IMD's latest bulletin, heavy to extremely heavy rainfall is very likely over Goa, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Puducherry, Telangana and Madhya Pradesh.
