The family of Sneha Debnath, a 19-year-old woman from Tripura who has been missing in Delhi since July 7, said Debnath hadn't used her bank accounts in last four months. They said she hadn't withdrawn money in that period and had gone missing without any belongings. A cab driver her family traced said he'd dropped her near Delhi's Signature Bridge.
