Sister-in-law of Greater Noida dowry victim Nikki Bhati alleged that Nikki's family beat her for dowry, adding, "I used to run away to my village." Nikki's sister-in-law, who's estranged from her husband, further alleged, "They (her in-laws) never allowed me to keep a mobile phone." Nikki's father had called for 'encounter' of her in-laws for allegedly burning Nikki to death.
