Hero MotoCorp's Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) Hero FinCorp, has received ₹260 crore in a pre-IPO. This fundraising resulted in the reduction of fresh issue size from the earlier planned ₹2,100 crore to ₹1,840 crore. The revised IPO size stands at ₹3,408.13 crore, reducing from ₹3,668.13 crore earlier, which included a planned pre-IPO placement worth ₹420 crore.
