Hero Fincorp plans to launch an IPO worth ₹3,668 crore, including a fresh issue of ₹2,100 crore and an Offer for Sale of ₹1,568 crore. Proceeds from the fresh issue will boost Tier-I capital to support lending and growth. As of March 2024, its AUM stood at ₹51,821 crore, with over 85% from retail and MSME loans.
