The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has issued a high alert across India after an explosion near the Red Fort on Monday killed eight people. The high alert is extended to airports, Delhi Metro, heritage sites, government buildings and other key installations covered by CISF. PM Narendra Modi spoke to the Union Home Minister about the incident.
