A 51-year-old woman with uterine cancer and severe comorbidities, including kidney failure and uncontrolled diabetes, underwent successful high-risk surgery at AIIMS Delhi. Despite initial risks and multiple consultations denying surgery, she had a radical hysterectomy followed by close ICU care and dialysis, leading to steady recovery.
